Broadband visible wavelength high efficiency meta-gratings

Abstract

We present two distinct designs for highly efficient titanium oxide-based meta-gratings in the visible (475nm < 𝜆 < 700nm). These meta-gratings selectively separate linear or circularly-polarized light into specific grating orders at large angles across a broad spectral range.
