Abstract

We demonstrate direct generation of wavelength-multiplexed polarization entangled photons from a single chip. The concurrence of 0.98±0.01, and bandwidth spanning S-C-L bands are the highest reported in waveguide sources, setting new records for monolithic quantum technologies.
