Polarization-switchable visible vortex beams from a dielectric metasurface

Abstract

We realized devices made of dielectric sub-wavelength resonators on glass substrates based on Pancharatman-Berry phase and designed to convert an incident light beam into a vortex beam with high-efficiency in the visible light spectrum.
