Photonic circuits with superconducting detectors and optomechanical phase shifters for integrated quantum optics

Abstract

We developed a platform for integrated quantum optics. Optomechanical phase shifters and superconducting single photon detectors are combined on a chip. Good control over directional couplers and controlled-NOT circuits is demonstrated, and unknown phases are determined using optical resonances.
