Quantum walks of self-collimated photons

Abstract

We demonstrate single-photon quantum walks in self-collimated photonic crystal chip. Similarities between theoretical expectations and experimental results are higher than 0.98. The structure is compact and possesses potential to construct complicated linear quantum circuits.
