Coulomb Interaction and Delocalized States in Self-assembled InGaAs Lateral Quantum Dot Molecules

Abstract

We study self-assembled lateral quantum dot molecules (LQDMs) under varying electric and magnetic fields and deduce the electronic structure, charge configurations and delocalized states that lead to the observed photoluminescence spectra.
