Lateral Photo-Dember Effect in Graphene

Abstract

The photocurrent at graphene/metal junctions under femtosecond laser excitation is found to have its polarity fully determined by asymmetry in the electron-hole mobility; this suggests the existence of unexpected lateral photo-Dember effect in graphene.
