Abstract

We demonstrate simultaneous lasing and parametric oscillation with high-Q (> 1010) MgF2 monolithic microresonators. Stable lasing around 698nm is achieved with sub-25kHz linewidth and 8.8nm tuning range. Multi-pair hyperparametric oscillation is observed over 137.2THz span.
