Full determination of coupling rate of light emitter to surface plasmon polaritons in frequency- and momentum-space

Abstract

The spectrally- and momentum-resolved coupling rate between light emitters and surface plasmon polaritons has been studied. We find the coupling rate depends strongly on the interplay between the absorption and radiative decay rates of SPPs.
