Single-crystalline GaP cavity-waveguide structures on diamond

Abstract

We present coupled GaP resonator-waveguide structures on diamond fabricated from single-crystalline, epitaxially grown material. This progress is critical for the integration of nitrogen-vacancy centers in diamond into optical networks with active, linear electro-optic devices.
