Spatiotemporal coherence of GaN excitons excited by an optical vortex with multiple orbital angular momentum

Abstract

The spatiotemporal coherence of excitons is investigated by degenerate four-wave-mixing using optical vortices with multiple orbital angular momentum (OAM). The OAM-resolved signal indicates that the topological phase with large OAM is robust against spatial decoherence.
