Many-body interactions in GaAs quantum wells studied by pre-pulse 2DFT spectroscopy

Abstract

We report a 2DFT spectroscopic study of many-body interactions in a GaAs quantum well sample optically excited by a pre-pulse. The 2D spectra reveal quantitative information about the many-body states prepared with various pre-pulse intensities.
