Multispectral infrared vibrational nano-imaging

Abstract

We demonstrate multispectral infrared vibrational scattering-scanning near-field optical microscopy. Spatio-spectral images with 10 nm spatial and 1 cm−1 spectral resolution reveal nano-phase behavior in molecular nanostructured model systems with unprecedented sensitivity and structural detail.
