Broad electrical tuning of graphene-loaded optical antennas

Abstract

We demonstrate electrical tuning of graphene-loaded optical antennas over a broad wavelength range (~650 nm, 10% of the resonance frequency) and optical intensity modulation with a bandwidth of 600 nm in the mid-infrared wavelength region.
