Abstract

We demonstrate a high-flux XUV harmonics source at 50-kHz repetition rate, exploiting favorable wavelength scaling and phasematching in ultraviolet generation fields. Direct isolation of individual narrowband harmonics between 7.9 eV and 22.3 eV is achieved.
