Abstract

Graphene, composed of carbon atoms arranged by honeycomb structure has been widely investigated for variety of applications. Recent progresses show that the majority of applications at optical and IR wavelengths requires its patterning at micro and nanoscale [1], [2]. Although lithographical approaches can provide such structures, direct writing through laser ablation would be a very desirable complimentary approach [3], [4].
