Abstract
In a wide range of scientific researches and manufacturing tasks the exact contactless measurements of linear velocity of a moving object are required. One of well proved techniques is velocity measurement based on Doppler effect. In practice the double-Doppler effect is usually used when the object moves, and the receiver and oscillator are motionless.
