Abstract

We present Si-integrated mid-infrared broad-band source composed of laser array integrated with multiplexer. By activating sequentially each laser with a distinct central emission wavelength, one obtains a wavelength scan at 1700-1802 cm-1, well adapted for multiple gases detection.
