Abstract

A fiber based laser is presented based on a master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA). This multi-color laser enables time-encoded (TICO) detection of stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) spectroscopy, SRS microscopy, and Two-Photon Excitation Fluorescence (TPEF) microscopy.
