Abstract
Light Bullets (LBs), i.e. stationary nonlinear optical wavepackets simultaneously localized in space and time, have constituted a frontier in nonlinear science ever since their theoretical prediction [1]. Pure homogeneous Kerr media cannot support stable LBs, but theory predicted stable LBs in more complex media such as arrays of evanescently coupled waveguides [2]. Experiments however could not clearly identify the light bullet dynamics [3].
