Abstract
Much attention has been paid to continuous-wave (CW) terahertz (THz) imaging recently because of its stability and simplicity [1,2]. However, most of CW THz imaging systems only acquire the intensity information, as described by Karpoicz and X.-C. Zhang [3]. For some samples, phase maps are more important to reveal the relative profile of sample’s surface and interior [4]. In this paper, An imaging method is proposed to obtain the sample’s phase information with continues-wave terahertz interferometer. In the experiment, a fixed-phase-shift method and a phase-unwrapping algorithm are used to provide accurate phases of samples respectively.
