Abstract
The technique of direct femtosecond laser inscription is new and powerful method for fast and cost-effective fabrication of the variety of photonics components [1]. A “loss-less” straight or curved waveguide with high refractive index contrast is a backbone of any photonic device. Thus the importance of this simple element could not be overestimated.
