Abstract

Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCLs) are still subject of strong efforts to increase their overall performance. For this purpose feedback about actual parameters like gain, losses, mode profiles, or dynamical parameters like gain recovery are needed depending on operational parameters like bias current or temperature.
