Abstract

A key step towards all-optical networks where routing and switching will be perfonned in the optical domain will be to develop a λ-converter with bandwidth in excess of 80 mn to cover C+L band and possibly, 2R regeneration function to ioGbpiFRBS231-] compensate impairments that degrade the optical signal to noise ratio.
