Lensfree Polarization Microscopy On a Chip using Incoherent Digital Holography

Abstract

We demonstrate an on-chip polarization microscope based on incoherent lensfree holography. Placed between two polarizers, a birefringent sample creates in-line holograms that can be digitally reconstructed to create lensfree polarization images over a large field-of-view.
