Simulation, fabrication and control of nanophotonic circuits including diamond-based quantum emitters

Abstract

Simultaneous access to several solid-state spin systems with Purcell-enhanced coupling of single photons into photonic integrated circuits is demonstrated. Photonic crys-tal cavities embedded in tantalum pentoxide waveguides enable optical detection of mag-netic resonances.
