Large dynamic range athermal LNOI/TiO2 nanobeam electric field sensor

Abstract

Integrated optical E-field sensor based on nanobeam cavity is reported. Theoretical Emin is 0.15 V/m. Temperature-induced resonant wavelength variation is within 3 pm/°C in the range of -40 to 40 °C.
