Integrated Optical Phased Array for Temperature Sensing

Abstract

We report a simple concept to realize an optical phased array for temperature sensing. A maximum sensitivity of 0.0132 o/K was obtained at = λ1.45µ m. This work shows the promise of versatile OPA for optical sensing applications.
