Highly Sensitive Liquid Level Sensor Based on Microstructured Optical Fiber

Abstract

A highly sensitive liquid level sensor based on microstructured optical fiber is experimentally demonstrated. The proposed sensor can achieve the fully distributed liquid level monitoring with the resolution of 74μm with large detecting range.
