Revealing Exciton Dissociation and Inhomogeneity in Metal Halide Perovskite Thin Films

Abstract

We present multidimensional spectra of excitons in formamidinium-methylammonium lead triiodide perovskite films at low temperature. The spectra show inhomogeneous broadening and two distinct states, which we assign to free and defect-bound excitonic states.
