Precision generation and control of dissipative Kerr solitons with suppressed cavity thermal disturbance

Abstract

Dissipative Kerr soliton formation with unprecedented detuning control precision is demonstrated using an auxiliary-laser-heating method to suppress cavity thermal disturbance. New existence region of dissipative Kerr soliton in low pump power regime is originally discovered.
