Abstract

We design and experimentally demonstrate an electrically tunable plasmonic subwavelength grating at telecommunication wavelength based on a metallic subwavelength slit array coupled with a Si/SiO2/ITO semiconductor-oxide-metal (MOS) capacitor, achieving 32%:56% transmission-reflection modulation.
