Electric Field Sensing with Graphene Optoelectronics for Action Potential Detection

Abstract

Graphene, exhibiting field-dependent optical absorption, offers great opportunities for action potential sensing for bioelectric researches. We demonstrate two novel schemes of graphene opto-electronic realizing high voltage sensitivity and large bandwidth electric field imaging techniques.
