Size spectrometry of environmental particulate matter using a nanofiber array

Abstract

We propose and build a size spectrometer using a nanofiber array, by measuring the particle scattering-induced distinction in fiber transmission. This size spectrometer is practically applied to monitor the particulate matters in atmosphere.
