Abstract

We present a spatiotemporal coherence-gated dynamic light scattering technique that permits continuously assess non-equilibrium, long-term dynamical processes. We demonstrate it experimentally by characterizing the evolution of mechanical properties in viscoelasticity-modulated biopolymer hydrogels.
