Pixel Super-Resolution in Coherent Microscopy Systems Through Out-of-Focus Imaging

Abstract

We introduce a wide-field pixel super-resolution method that uses a stack of out-of-focus images to provide better utilization of the space-bandwidth-product of an objective-lens and improve the throughput of lens-based coherent imaging and holography systems.
