Metasurfaces created by moiré nanosphere lithography

Abstract

Moiré nanosphere lithography (MNSL) is found to be an efficient approach to create moiré metasurfaces with Au and graphene to achieve tunable and multiband optical properties from visible to mid-infrared region.
