Abstract

All-optical wavelength conversion is experimentally demonstrated for 40 Gb/s Pol-MUX QPSK signal using four-wave mixing in a single silicon waveguide. The power penalties of dual polarizations are both <1.5 dB at the BER of 3×10−3.
