Abstract

We demonstrated ultra-compact near-infrared on-chip gas spectroscopy using high resolution plasmonic filter array. We experimentally achieved ~10nm spectral resolution, which successfully resolved the two symmetric vibrational bands of CO2 at 2.0μm wavelength.
