Abstract

We demonstrate an octave-spanning supercontinuum generated entirely in the |L|=8 orbital angular momentum (OAM) mode of an air-core fiber. The supercontinuum shows high mode purity (>14dB) and polarization extinction >8 dB across the spectral bandwidth.
