Optical Communication Components Characterization using Electro-Optic Dual-Combs

Abstract

A set-up based on an electro-optic dual-comb generator for the characterization of optical communication components is presented and experimentally validated. The instrument provides high speed operation and ultra-high wavelength resolution and frequency accuracy.
