Design of On-Chip Dielectric Elliptical Meta-Reflectarray for Bessel Beams Generation and N-Fold Orbital Angular Momentum (OAM) Multicasting

Abstract

We design dielectric elliptical meta-reflectarrays to realize Bessel beams generation and 6-fold orbital angular momentum (OAM) modes multicasting. The purities of generated Bessel beams with different indices are higher than 0.93 and the crosstalks between the multicasted OAM channels and their neighboring ones are less than -14 dB.
