Thermal Emission of GaAs Nanowire Solar Cells

Abstract

Despite concentrated light absorption and low thermal conductivities, GaAs nanowire solar cells can still have larger thermal emission cooling power than planar ones, resulting in a nearly 10 K lowering in operating temperature.
