Narrowband Guided Fano Resonators for Mid-Infrared Spectroscopy and Imaging

Abstract

We report the demonstration of an array of high-performance one-layer narrowband mid-IR guided Fano resonators (GFRs) in the C-H stretching region (2700−3200 cm−1) for high-quality microspectroscopic mid-IR imaging.
