Femtosecond Er-doped Fiber Lasers Mode-locked with Graphene Oxide Saturable Absorber

Abstract

We demonstrated an erbium-doped fiber laser in which graphene oxide was used as saturable absorber to generate stable 900 fs pulse trains with 1nJ single pulse energy at 17.5 MHz.
