Multiphoton Multifoci Modulation Microscopy for High-Speed Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging

Abstract

We demonstrate a novel depth-resolved parallel-acquisition fluorescence lifetime imaging technique, and present in-vivo images of mouse brain. Analysis shows up to two orders-of-magnitude speed improvement over standard serial-acquisition techniques.
