Assessing field performance of an open-path quantum cascade laser sensor for measuring atmospheric ammonia

Abstract

An open-path quantum cascade laser atmospheric ammonia sensor is demonstrated in a range of field environments. The low power, compact sensor with 500pptv detection limit in 1s addresses the unique challenges for robust open-path in-situ sensing.
