Raman spectroscopy without spectrometer

Abstract

Using frequency-time transformation and time-correlated photon counting system we achieved highly sensitive Raman signal acquisition, which utilizes convenient optical fiber delivery system, shot-noise limited detection and provides discrimination against the fluorescence background.
