Wide-Range and Modulation-Format-Transparent IQ Imbalance Estimation of Dual-Polarization Optical Transceiver

Abstract

We proposed a transceiver IQ imbalance estimation scheme, which can separate and monitor DP transmitter and receiver imbalances. The simulation results show the proposed scheme can achieve modulation-format-transparent transceiver imbalance estimation in a wide range.
