High-Pressure Gas Measurement Using Time-Resolved Rotational CARS with Temporally Asymmetric Pulses

Abstract

We demonstrate the feasibility of rotational CARS measurements for evaluation of gas pressure using asymmetrically shaped pulses. It enables us to remove nonresonant background and to obtain the relaxation time of CARS signals under high-pressure.
